Chairman Hurd discussed the following:
A. The Eisenhower Avenue Study. Sheldon Lynn, Director, Planning and Zoning, discussed the issue of a separate small area plan for Eisenhower Avenue.
B. The Washington Street Task Force. Mr. Hurd nominated Messrs. Dunn and Leibach to participate.
C. The Year 2000 Plan. Mr. Lynn agreed to provide copies of the relevant pages.
D. The technical requirement of a subdivision plat with regard to docket item #2.
E. The following tentative dates for hearings on the Carlyle-PTO proposal:
January 27, 2000
February 10, 2000
February 29, 2000
F. The schedule of Planning Commission meetings for Year 2000.
G. The Waterfront Plan. Mr. Lynn discussed strategies regarding the waterfront.
