Commonwealth Atlantic Properties (CAP) has submitted the following plans regarding the proposed development of Potomac Yard, the 350-acre former rail yard located along Route 1 North.
On June 15, 1999, members of the Alexandria Planning Commission voted to approve CAP's plans for a medium density residential, office and retail development. Members of the Alexandria City Council are scheduled to vote on the plan later this fall.
