Pension Administration Division

The Finance Department collects and manages all City funds, purchases materials and services for the City, collects revenues and taxes, issues business licenses, assesses personal property taxes, and provides assistance to residents in filing state income tax returns.


February 14	Real estate assessment notices mailed to property owners
March 1	Deadline to pay business license tax
April 16	Deadline to request real estate tax relief for the elderly and persons with disabilities
May 1	Deadline to file business property tax returns
May 1st week	Real estate tax bills mailed to property owners
June 15	Deadline to pay first half real estate tax , regardless of review or appeal
August 2nd week	Personal property bills mailed.
September 4	AHOP application deadline
October 5	Deadline to pay personal property and business property taxes, regardless of review or appeal Deadline to purchase vehicle license decal
November 15	Deadline to pay second half real estate tax, regardless of review or appeal
