Traffic Complaint Form
This form should be used to report traffic enforcement issues of a police nature only.
An example of this would be:
"Numerous cars have been observed violating the stop sign at the intersection of XXX Street and XXX Avenue. This is occurring mainly on Wednesday between 7 AM and 9 AM."
The more specific the information provided is, the better chance that officers will be able to effectively address the matter. You will be contacted by a traffic officer whenever practical to advise you of action(s) taken.
